Purchasing Services 

• Order placing and verification via acknowledgements. Bass & Bass Ltd. buys directly from the manufacturers, providing lowest pricing for the client. 
   
• Up to date reports, week by week, on delivery dates provided to client if requested.
   
• Scheduling any necessary installation of flooring (to coordinate with contractor), wall and window treatments.
  
  
• Scheduling with freight companies to insure prompt and safe delivery.
   
• Receiving at Bass & Bass Ltd. appointed warehouse.
   
• Checking all deliveries piece by piece to determine if any damage has  been incurred during shipping, and if so taking necessary action to insure correction.
   
• Warehouse to client delivery.
   
• Installation by professional delivery crew, with furniture individually packed or covered during local delivery.
   
• Designer and crew to be present to place and set up furniture and accessories.
   
• Arrange and install all artwork, new and/or existing to coordinate with new plan of furniture and accessories.
   
• Clean and remove all packing materials and make final adjustments to furniture, window treatments, flooring and accessories, insuring a complete look.
   
• Bass & Bass Ltd. will be responsible for all items purchased within the limits of warranties provided by the manufacturer and will make appropriate adjustments to insure an on-going satisfaction of items placed.
